  1. Delivery time & cost (UK)
    UK deliveries are operated via UK Mail courier and fully tracked.
    Standard delivery to a UK, Northern Island and UK Islands address: Free of charge.
    We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days from the day your order has been placed.

    International deliveries are operated via DHL courier and fully tracked.
    Delivery to Europe: Free of charge. Approx. delivery time 2-5 working days.
    Delivery to the US & Canada: Free of charge. Approx. delivery time 3-7 working days.
    Delivery to Asia: Free of charge. Approx. delivery time 3-7 working days.
    Delivery to Australia: Free of charge. Approx. delivery time 3-7 working days.
  3. Order status
    Once we have received your order, we will send you an email including your order number. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order. We will send you a further email informing you that your order has been dispatched, quoting our courier’s tracking number. A signature on receipt will be required.
  4. Customs, duty & taxes
    For orders within the European Union (EU), taxes and duties are listed on your order invoice. For orders outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover these charges, as customs charges vary from country to country and are beyond our control. If unsure, we may advise to contact your local customs office for advice on these charges.
  5. Return policy and how to return an item
    You can request a return within the ‘cooling off period’ of 14 days after receiving your order for a full price refund (subject to our T&C clause 9.6).
    For all returns, please follow our exchange & return policy as below:
    •    Complete our exchange & return form on our website.
    •    For UK and International returns, please return the product in the original packaging and all tags attached to the product.
    •    To receive a full refund, all returned goods must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.
    •    For UK returns, we will send you a return label to return the product to our return address. Please attach this label securely and visible to the package.
    •    Please note that you will have to take responsibility for the cost of the return. All UK returns are charged at £10.00 per returned item.
    •    For international returns, please return the goods in perfect condition with their original packaging to our return address.

  6. Exchange policy and how to exchange an item
    If you wish to exchange an item, you can request an exchange within the ‘cooling off period’ of 14 days after receiving your order for a full price refund (subject to our T&C clause 9.6).

  7. When an item can’t be returned & refunded
    We may reduce or not be able to refund the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods; if this has been caused by your handling the product in a way which would not be permitted in a shop (the products have been used or subsequently damaged).
    If the product is returned to us in a condition that the product has been used, we will return the product to you and are not able to give a full refund. Please note that you will have to take responsibility for the cost of the return.
  8. Once we have received your return
    Upon receipt of the returned product in perfect condition with their original packaging and tags attached, we will process your refund within 72 hours from the day on which we receive the product back from you, and will send you an email confirmation including the refund amount. Bank transaction times for processing your refund can vary and are outside our control. We advise to allow up to 14 days the latest.
    The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery option available.
  9. Faulty goods
    All products are checked to highest quality standard before delivery to our customers is made. If, however, the product you have bought is faulty, we will offer to get the product repaired, exchanged or replaced. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the product, informing us that you wish to arrange a repair, exchange or return of the product. Please note that you will have to take responsibility for the cost of the return, unless the products are found faulty.
  10. Repairs
    All leather used to manufacture our bags is of first quality. To maintain the lifetime of your own bag, in terms of its uniqueness, we offer a repair service on all of our leather bags. For all repairs we will ask you to provide us with the proof of your original receipt or order number. Please contact us to arrange.
  11. Returning a product on which you paid customs, duty & taxes
    The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any custom charges, duties or taxes, as these charges vary from country to country and are beyond our control.
  12. Return of a gift item
    To return a gift bought online, you may need to ask the person who bought it for you to return it for you, as there are special regulations that apply to online purchases.
    For online gift purchases, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it until 14 days after you receive your goods. Our exchange & returns policy will apply.
    If you wish to exchange your gift, within 14 days after receiving the product, our exchange & returns policy will apply.
  13. Care policy
    Leather products age in a different unique way, which gives all our high quality products their distinct look and appearance. Our bags are all made from Italian full-grain, vegetable tanned leather, which is a very durable leather and more resistant to stains.
    We would recommend however, to avoid rubbing your leather bag against sharp, or rough surfaces, to avoid any possible scratches to your bag. Sometimes water may stain leather, and we advise to remove any residual water immediately with a paper towel and let your bag dry naturally (away from a direct source of heat such as a hair dryer or radiator).
    If you decide to use any leather cleaning products, please refrain from using chemical based leather cleaners and conditioners, which can damage the surface of the leather.
